I'm my own worst critic, they're all so pale! Working on less water, more color.

I also love art, especially dabbling with watercolors. It's a trick, however, not to get so involved and engaged with that to the point that I don't return to my writing. Your five ways are perfect! Outdoors are always calming for me, except for gray days like today, but those help me stay glued to my desk!

I'm actually looking at painting with watercolors too! I'm still terrible at it, but I guess that's okay :-)

When I’m burnt out I do most of the activities you mentioned except # 3. That one sounds really good and I’ll have to try that one.

I LOVE museums and that Disney/Pixar doc! Very inspiring indeed. And can I ask...when you go walking or hiking, are you listening to something or doing something specific as you go? I always feel better after I go walking, but I have such a hard time getting myself out the door because my brain won't calm down and the Bee Productive buzzing won't quiet down. Even listening to music and podcasts doesn't do it for me all the time, because my brain wants to be me *producing*. Which I realize isn't entirely healthy...because this is about filling the well...but idek??? My most successful walks are around the Disney parks, because I'm walking specific places, with a goal in mind, not simply meandering for a self or indeterminate amount of time. Anyway, end ramble...
