August News from Fleur Bradley
It’s August, which means I’m starting to get excited about the release of Daybreak on Raven Island… The release date is August 23rd. Also, I begin to worry that you’re getting tired of hearing me talk about it. I hope not. I’m so proud of this book, and was relieved these past few weeks as the first reviews start rolling in.
Here in Colorado, we’ve had an unusual amount of rain, which makes me and my newly planted trees happy. Usually it’s more desert-like around this time of year, and with fires being a real danger, I’m happy to report we have green grass. It’s a miracle. We get a little giddy about rain out west.
Otherwise, I’ve just been writing, hanging out with my cats, and generally taking it easy. I hope you’re enjoying the last bit of summer the same way.
